Shipping & Delivery Information
1.Area of Delivery
Biofood ships items only to addresses within India. Please make sure that the Shipment Address and the Billing address are within India.
2.Shipping and Handling
We charge INR 30 for all deliveries within Tamilnadu and INR 60 for deliveries to all other destinations within India, or such other expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Biofood uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
Biofood chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. If you are unavailable to receive the shipment from the carrier or to provide a signature, you can visit to pick up your package at the carrier's local facility.
If you'd like to pick up your package in person, from the carrier's local facility, you'll need an ID (driver's license, passport or Voter ID that matches the package name and address), because the carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.
We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address. You can ship items to single address only, and choose only one addresses per order.
Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days, depending on the destination, following the date of despatch set out in the Order Confirmation. This is an estimate only and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.
Once your order is placed, Biofood provides information on your order by email.
Order Acknowledgement Email:
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. The Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a website link. You can click the link to view your order status.
Shipment Notification Email:
We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and the expected arrival date.
4.Help and Support
If you have not received your order within 7 days from the date of the Order Shipment, please contact us via email: email@example.com or by phone at: +91461-2340333 or by fax at: +91461-2340355 Mon-Sat (10:00 - 16:00). Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Cancellation and Return Policy.
